Over 200 westham fans put money in for this flag.due to problems,i have not had it at matches,hammers united want to loan it. I will leave it up to you if you want me to do this,if we do and it gets lost or stolen hammers united will have to replace it.

Bill, this is a firm in Swansea who fireproof flags and sew on the certificate. It was the first firm I saw after Googling. Perhaps you can find a firm in Surrey or at least nearer than Wales.
It’s a quick process and I don’t think it’s incredibly expensive. It has to be done, if you ever want to take the flag into a stadium again.
Maybe the WHO fund could help?

Are we allowed to get this flag over the fans on match day? I know there is a stupid no-flag policy at the ground, but not sure if that's just for flags on a stick

Have I misunderstood, but I thought one iron was talking about Liverpool away for the flag loan, and Liverpool have already given us permission to have as many protest banners as we want, as long as they meet the fireproof standards.
Also, isn’t there an interesting bit of punctuation on the flag which gives it a special spin? An all important comma.

Understood. I was just thinking of the bad publicity the club would receive for nicking a non-offensive flag. And if the stewards do grab hold of it, chuck water over it so it weighs 9 stone and makes it very wet and uncomfortable for them!
A few of us used it as cover in the rain that time we played in Cosenza, so I know how bloody awkward it is!

Yeah, I understand that Mike. I just think that given the stooges and grasses that watch this site that one iron’s flag won’t last 5 minutes once it’s unfurled over there, they’ll see it as a rallying point for the fans. Sullivan will have it away and use it as a dust cover for his roller.

That is genius. That would get the media attention that Man Utd will be getting by virtue of being Man Utd.
Someone must know a hacker? Or at least mix in those kind of circles online? Something sensible and non-abusive (and therefore publishable) would be brilliant.

If you can get someone under 16 to wrap a flag around themselves under clothing or something, when they approach the stewards clearly let them know they are under 16 they are legally not aloud to touch them only scan them it will work easy.......
